When performed live, this seems like a fairly standard, to quote Kevin Keys, "David Byrne ripoff." In the studio, Steve Albini had the band turning their amps as high as they would go to create some mad feedback, and Nick Parker's vocals were shouted into a megaphone. Even with its brevity, it's a test of patience for some. For others, it seems like a third-rate rewrite of the remarkably similar "Ridiculous Fool." In turn, although some people are glad that a less destructive arrangement is used live, some wonder why what they consider a throwaway is performed on stage at all.
